Youths should desist from being cry babies who blame the economy, the Government of the day and even the education system for some of their failures.

This emerged at the ZANU-PF Youth League meeting yesterday at the party Headquarters where Deputy Minister of Youth, Sports, Arts and Recreation, Simbanegavi Vimbai Mayor urged youths to think outside the box and be innovative.

She urged youths associations to take art and sport seriously.

“We want youths who are patriotic and have the country at heart," she said.

She said Youth Commission was going to be formed soon.

“Parliamentary portfolio committee will soon be moving around the country, getting views on the Youth Commission bill," she said.

She urged the youths to get involved and have their input taken into account.

"President Mnangagwa wants youths who disassociate themselves from drug abuse,” she said.

She said President Mnangagwa want youths who are committed and dedicated to serving their country.

She said Zimbabwe was re-engaging through sport and urged those representing the country in any sport to have the nation at heart.

She said Government wanted leaders who were straight-forward and who desist from engaging in corrupt activities.
