ZANU PF second Vice President, Cde Kembo Mohadi has applauded President Mnangagwa for possessing rare qualities of leadership and for his commitment to leading Zimbabwe towards a prosperous Upper Middle Income Economy status by 2030.

Speaking at a victory celebration rally in Mutasa South constituency on Saturday, Cde Mohadi said that Zimbabwe was being led by a person who has exclusive qualities of a good leader.

Cde Mohadi noted that, since his ascendancy to the Presidency in 2017, President Mnangagwa had dedicated his time in promoting initiatives aimed at developing agriculture and improving livelihoods.

"President Mnangagwa is a rare breed. He has all the requisite qualities of a good leader and you can only get one of his kind out of a million in this world. He is also a man of valour. He trained in Egypt and China to name a few and fought in the liberation struggle. He was arrested and he survived the gallows because of his youthful looks but was detained for 10 years. However, this rare individual upon his release, went back to join the liberation struggle and I ask today how many of us would do that. This shows that he is brave,” said Cde Mohadi.

Cde Mohadi further described President Mnangagwa as someone who has seen it all in terms of leadership and described him as a fountain of wisdom.

"President Mnangagwa is also a man of vision, a strategist par excellence. When he assumed leadership, he decided to prioritise the economy and he set himself targets that by 2030, Zimbabwe should have reached an upper middle income economy, that is why you are witnessing massive development happening across the country,” said Cde Mohadi.

Cde Mohadi added that the gospel of peace being preached by President Mnangagwa was good for the nation as it has managed to keep the country peaceful.
