‘No to Government of National Unity’

Zanu PF has dismissed any possibilities of a Government of National Unity (GNU) with the Citizens Coalition for Change (CCC) as speculated by Nelson Chamisa.

On his X account today, Zanu PF Treasurer General, Patrick Chinamasa illustrated that Zanu PF would not accept such an arrangement.

“Chamisa is at it again, daydreaming. He has been heard talking carelessly to whoever cares to listen (including the recently elected CCC National Assembly Members) that he will soon clinch and conclude a GNU deal with President Emmerson Mnangagwa and Zanu PF. Let it be known loud and clear to Chamisa and his cohorts that Zanu PF says NADA to such thoughts. Let no one be fooled by the rantings of a madman.

“Chamisa is in great and urgent need of psychiatric treatment. He has gone berserk. The gods have deserted him. I wish the well-known Psychiatrist Dr Chikara was still alive. He would have been of great help in the circumstances Chamisa finds himself in right now,” said Chinamasa.

Chamisa stressed that Zanu PF would never work with Chamisa because he destabilized his own party Constitution.

“Zanu PF cannot, under any circumstances, find common ground with a person who not only subverted his own Party`s Constitution but is now hell-bent on committing acts of subversion and treason against the country`s constitution and Government. It is unthinkable that Zanu PF will go to bed with or coy up to a known and declared agent of imperialism and colonialism NADA.

“No, No, No. Chamisa must be out of his mind to ever think that the Mass Revolutionary Zanu PF Party will entertain political deals with a quisling and a known CIA and M16 Agent that he is,” he said.

Political analysts have rebuked Chamisa for failing to concede defeat in the just ended Harmonised General Elections.

Political analysts have indicated that Chamisa must accept defeat and move forward since he had become unpopular even with his close lieutenants. In a recent development, Chamisa is set to fire his two close lieutenants, Gift ‘Ostallos’ Siziba and Charlton Hwende following claims that the  duo was being rebellious to Chamisa`s directive for winning legislators to boycott Parliament.
