MP urges youths to shun factionalism

Zimbabwean youths have been encouraged to be united and to empower themselves, while avoiding aligning themselves to individuals who promote factionalism.

Honourable Roy Bhila, Member of Parliament for ZANU PF Chiredzi North and ZANU PF Provincial Secretary for Finance in Masvingo Province, whilst addressing ZANU PF youths in Chiredzi he emphasized the importance of unity among the youth.

He further urged the youth not to align themselves with any particular individual, emphasizing that ZANU PF stands united and free from factionalism.

“ZANU PF has no factionalism, avo vanofunga ndiri munhu wanhingi, if you become a person of a person you become compromised and its your fault, ZANU PF will remain ZANU PF,” said MP Bhila

MP Bhila added, that he wants to see youths benefit from the development programs being implemented and work for our people.

“All we want to know is that everyone is benefitting from the development programs being implemented. So, it is important we work for our people and avoid belonging to individuals,” added MP Bhila.

The Chiredzi North legislator, further urged the youths to fight for ZANU PF and the youth quarter, and actively seek empowerment opportunities instead of remaining idle.

“Iwe ita kuti ZANU PF youth quarter iripi kana zvinhu zvichigovewa, that’s what you should strive for as youth. Do not just sit and complain that land was taken, therefore, everyone should fight for their department,” said Bhila.

MP Bhila also emphasized the need for Chiredzi youths to have a clear workable plan as their population has grown considerably against their elders. 

“Here in Chiredzi you are the youths, you now have a greater population number than your elders. You must have a clear working plan to ensure your productivity improves and you stay on the right track with your goals,” urged MP Bhila.
