An impeccable source within the Morgan Richard Tsvangirai House has revealed to this publication a nefarious plot by that party to unleash a series of terror in Harare and other cities.

The source said that Nelson Chamisa is set to announce a signal that will roll out concurrent acts of civil disobedience in cities and towns after the launch of the party’s much hyped strategy called Road to Economic Recovery, Legitimacy and Democracy (RELOAD).

According to the highly placed source, the blueprint will define the main actors, the strategy, the action and the endgame.

The Harare Post has learnt that MDC Vice President, Tendai Biti is on an international tour selling their blueprint to their funders so as to get support when they roll it out.

To confirm the clandestine shenanigans by the MDC, one Dr Tapiwa Shumba has circulated information of a looming series of action to be rolled out by MDC in no time.

The letter read: “Action is due and needed. The people are suffering. However, President Chamisa is a SMART leader who knows action is not an end in itself. He has been doing a lot of work to deal with the pre-action, action and post-action permutations. Hatingobudi tichino demonstrator semunhu arikuenda kunogeza. There has to be a clearly defined strategy and roadmap.

“At this stage, all the necessary preparations have now been completed. President Chamisa has a very clear, well-calculated, blow by blow, brick by brick plan on the way forward. The implementation of this plan will be outlined "tomorrow" when he launches the Road to Economic Recovery, Legitimacy and Democracy (RELOAD). The blueprint will define the actors, the action and the end game. Patience is a virtue.

The MDC planned demonstrations come after Government has unearthed a conspiracy in which MDC sent some of its members together with some NGOs members for training in subversion by a mercenary grouping called CANVAS.

Government exposed the plot which prematurely put the MDC plan to a halt.
