Mliswa is a thug, fraudster-Westwood

Businessman, Paul Westwood has described Norton legislator Themba Mliswa as a thug and fraudster who should not be near any public office.

In an interview with this publication yesterday, Westwood accused Mliswa of fraudulently grabbing his company, Noshio Motors and threatening to rape his wife.

“Mliswa came to my company Noshio Motors and Benbar on 18 December 2009 and claimed that he was now the new owner of my company in line with the government’s Indigenization Policy. I vividly remember Mliswa telling me on that day that if I failed to comply, he was going to rape my Belgian wife, kidnap my boys and kill me,” said Westwood.

Westwood added that he was forced by Mliswa to give him the keys for the entire premises and he complied out of fear. Mliswa tried to force Westwood to sign documents that would have effectively transferred ownership of Noshio Motors and Benbar to Mliswa, but he refused.

“Mliswa appointed himself as the Executive Chairman of my companies Noshio Motors and Benbar. He changed the CR14 without my knowledge and approval. He changed the company letterhead and forged documents. He illegally opened a Premier bank account without my knowledge and approval,” added Westwood.

Westwood said he was campaigning for his case against Mliswa to be resolved and have his company back.

“What I’m hoping for is compensation for what was wrongfully done to me and my family. My company had nothing to do with Themba and I don’t know why he was involved in my company. He should just do the honourable thing and return my company to me,” lamented Westwood.

Meanwhile, Mliswa’s former girlfriend Susan Mutami labelled him an extortionist and urged the people of Norton to dump him in the next elections, if he attempts to contest again. Mutami said Mliswa was a disgrace to the nation as he was a thief and an irresponsible man who has mastered the art of having unprotected sex with various women.

Efforts to get a comment from Mliswa were futile as he did not respond to messages sent to him.
