President and ZANU PF First Secretary, Cde Mnangagwa, said that the Party would romp to  undisputed victory in 2023 as structures had become vibrant owing to more active members and supporters.

Giving his closing remarks at the ZANU PF’s 19th National People’s Conference in Bindura yesterday, President Mnangagwa said ZANU PF was unstoppable and unwavering in its commitment to fulfil people’s aspirations.

“In the 2023 Harmonized General Elections, ZANU PF is silencing all detractors once and for all. Brick by brick, stone by stone, we are building an indestructible Party,” said the President.

The President said in the forthcoming elections, ZANU PF had an upper hand and was going to easily romp to victory.

“The journey towards a resounding 2023 electoral victory for ZANU PF has already begun. We have an upper hand that should romp to an undisputable victory,” he said.

President Mnangagwa further said that the expansive ZANU PF membership attests to the ever growing faith, trust and allegiance which the people have to the Party.

The President told delegates that divisions, disunity, regionalism, tribalism and political chicanery had no place in ZANU PF. He added that as a democratic Party, viewpoints and perceptions may vary but these should never breed indiscipline, violence and sell out tendencies as ZANU PF is a Party of just, fair and equal opportunities.

President Mnangagwa added that ZANU PF was a rejuvenated Party on an irreversible course to improve the quality of life of people.

“ZANU PF is about production, productivity and hard honest work. We are a rejuvenated Party and nation on an irreversible course to improve the quality of life of our people. The Party under the 2nd Republic is indeed about the people,” added the President.

President Mnangagwa further said that the Party was alive, vibrant and undertaking unprecedented and game changing programmes which the Government continued to implement. He said devolution had ensured that all communities in the country had witnessed socio- economic development projects.

The conference ended yesterday with the Party making a number of resolutions, the major one being the endorsement of President Mnangagwa as ZANU PF’s sole presidential candidate in the 2023 elections.
