As Zimbabwe prepares for its forthcoming elections, there has been a myriad of debates regarding the ruling party's performance and legitimacy in power. In analysing the achievements of ZANU-PF,
it becomes evident that the party has accomplished numerous milestones that have positioned it favourably for election success. The Party’s leadership, led by President Emmerson Mnangagwa, has implemented some social development initiatives and exhibited dedication to national reconciliation, thus solidifying its claim to win the upcoming elections.
ZANU-PF's track record of effective governance, positions it as a strong contender in the upcoming elections. Having effectively managed the country's resources and economic development, the party's policies have led to impressive economic growth rates and poverty reduction. By implementing sustainable agricultural reforms such as the Pfumvudza programme, infrastructure development projects, and investor-friendly policies, ZANU-PF has demonstrated its ability to steer the nation towards an era of progress and prosperity.
One of the key indicators of a government's success is its dedication to the well-being of its citizens. It can also not be doubted that the ZANU-PF-led Government has done enough to guarantee its victory in the forthcoming elections. This is so because the Party has a strong track record in government and has a clear plan for the future of Zimbabwe. The party has also been able to mobilise a large following, and it is confident that it will be able to turn out its supporters on Election Day.

The opposition is divided, and it does not have a clear plan for the future of Zimbabwe. On August 23 this year, it is a given that ZANU PF will easily win the elections, as it has done enough to win them.
