CCC to run a parallel collation of V11 forms

The Citizens Coalition for Change (CCC) is set to run a parallel collation system of V11s ahead of the 2023 Zimbabwe Electoral Commission (ZEC) presidential results.

A source who spoke to this publication revealed that one unidentified South African-based individual has offered to provide a web-based link to CCC so that they can use the link to compare their results with those disseminated by the ZEC collation system.

"It is such a disgrace to note that the Citizens Coalition for Change (CCC) is working with external forces to look for ways to discredit the Harmonised General Elections slated for this week. As I speak right now, one high-profile CCC figure was contacted by an unidentified South African-based individual, highlighting that he would give them a web-based link for that party to collate figures from the V11 forms as informed by that party’s election agents.

"The intention is known. They want to use their fake results to discredit the ZEC results. They know that they have already lost this election. Their planning was poor. It was disorganised. Failure to plan is planning to fail," assumed the source.

A V11 form is an original document used to tabulate results from a polling station and is signed by agents of all contesting parties.
