Following a heavy drubbing that the MDC and its leader, Nelson Chamisa received at the hands of President Emmerson Mnangagwa and ZANU PF in the elections last year, the opposition party has been thrown into disarray. Chamisa and his party went on to behave like a bull in a china shop destroying anything in sight in a fit of rage, reminiscent of the tit for tat misguided thinking.

It is dismaying to note that there are some Zimbabweans who are working hand and glove with their Western handlers to discredit efforts by Government in the implementation of reforms. Reforms’ implementation is on course and those making noise on reforms have their own nefarious agenda divorced from the democratic intent and purpose of the same.

The opposition MDC has become a pale shadow of itself and has failed to occupy the coveted address in Zimbabwe, the State Presidency of staying at Number One Chancellor Avenue in the party’s 20 years of existence. The party is now clutching at straws as its political star wanes in the horizon and now claims that they are targets for assassination and abduction.
