FLM urged to be wary of rogue CSOs

Former Liberation Movements have been urged to create a robust awareness campaign against programmes spearheaded by imperialist nurtured civil society organisations such as the Mandela Washington.

The call was made by ZANU PF Director for Administration, Cde Dickson Dzora at the 10th meeting of FLM which is underway in the resort town of Victoria Falls.

Cde Dzora called for “awareness against programmes spearheaded by imperialist nurtured civil society organisations.

“Take note that organisations such as Mandela Washington, Yali, Peace Cops and Obama Fellowship program are regime change conduits which need to be exposed.”

Cde Dzora said that “the continuous and perpetual existence of FLM parties hinges upon the youths. We need to ensure that we have a vibrant youth wing which is ideologically and principally grounded on our values and norms as FLM.”

He added: “We need to create incubation hubs which promote a conducive environment to transmit our knowledge and experiences.”

Cde Dzora also said that the 10th FLM meeting “comes at a time when regime change efforts have assumed any asymmetrical dimension in our respective countries through the use of cyberspace, Non-Governmental Organisations and sanctions.”
