CCC member threatens hooker with a gun

A Harare based Citizens Coalition for Change (CCC) member, Gamuchirai Moffatt Mukasi was arrested yesterday after he threatened to shoot and kill a hooker in the Avenues area in Harare.

A source who spoke to this publication said that the 28 year old Mukasi pulled a revolver and threatened to kill a sex worker (name withheld) who was blocking him from leaving her house for failing to pay for sexual services rendered to him the whole night.

The sex worker (name withheld) charged US$20.00 for her services and Mukasi promised to settle the bills the following morning after the act. However, in the morning, Mukasi told the hooker that he had no money with him and promised to go and collect it in Harare CBD from someone.

“Mukasi, a known CCC member threatened to shoot a hooker yesterday morning after failing to settle the bills for the services rendered to him. Instead of politely negotiating with the hooker, he bragged that he was a senior CCC member; hence she couldn’t do anything to him. Mukasi later pulled a gun and threatened to shoot and kill the girl who was blocking him from exiting the house,” said the source.

The source added that the Police were called to the scene and swiftly arrested Mukasi for threatening to kill someone.

According to the source, it was not the first time for Mukasi to enjoy sexual pleasures and later fail to pay for it. In June this year, he was embarrassed again in the same Avenues area for failing to pay a certain hooker her dues.

Efforts by this publication to ascertain if Mukasi was indeed a CCC member were futile as CCC interim national spokesperson, Fadzayi Mahere’s mobile phones were not reachable.
