Chapter 4 of Zimbabwe’s Constitution adopted in 2013 outlines various rights which are supposed to be enjoyed by Zimbabwean citizens as they go about their business. Zimbabwe of late has become an eyeball of the US foreign policy and therefore has been under siege as the US has upped the wager to remove Zanu PF from power using a combination of deceit and unfathomable regime change tactics.

….as service delivery suffers

MDC-led urban councils are now concentrating more on power struggles and diverting their focus from their core mandate of providing proper service delivery to rate payers. They are obssessed with strategically positioning themselves for benefits which come with their positions in urban local authorities.
